EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is used by thousands all over the world will some remarkable results. If you have never heard of it, EFT is a universal healing art that uses the body’s energy field to release blockages and heal itself. Some people call it Acupuncture without needles.

Our emotions play a huge part in our wellness and health. In a study of 99 Harvard University students, those who were optimists at age 25 were significantly healthier at ages 45 and 60 than those who were pessimists. Other studies have linked a pessimistic explanatory style with higher rates of infectious disease, poor health, and earlier mortality.

EFT is a way of clearing emotional blocks that may be holding us back from achieving certain goals in your life. If you have read The Attractor Factor by Dr Joe Vitale in it he talks about a 5 step process to using the law of attraction and manifesting anything you like. In step 3 which I believe really is one of the biggest secrets to attracting what you truly want in your life is all about getting ‘clear’ as Joe puts it. What he means is clearing away all the limiting beliefs or emotional blocks that are getting in your way so you can attract exactly what you desire. EFT is one of the methods he explains and uses himself to get clear.

You can use EFT on just about anything at all, to help you heal quicker from illness or surgery, lose weight, clear blocks around money, help you find love and even improve your eyesight.

I posted this video on here for a couple of reasons, firstly for a bit of fun and entertainment, I am sure it will amaze you and make you smile and even scare you a little. It is healthy to experience a range of emotions and have fun in life so enjoy.

The other reason is to demonstrate that you have power and energy.

If you learn how to harness or tap in to that energy you can do some amazing things or it can hold you back. Wait until you see the part with the glass coke bottle.

Joe Vitale talks about clearing and getting clear to help manifest your desires. It is step number 3 in his 5 steps in the Attractor Factor. If a memory of a bad experience can do that to a glass bottle imagine what it is doing to your health and manifesting power.

Now imagine the opposite, what power does a positive intention have…We truly are creators and can manipulate energy.

Intentions or powerful and in your mind and bodies you have access to a huge amount of energy, How are you using your energy?

Everything in this universe is energy, as humans however we have to power to influence other energies. Whether Keith Barry uses tricks and illusions or he really is magic I believe this demonstrates this. (smile) enjoy.
