Manifestation Secrets – How To Increase Your Manifestation Power

Many people when studying the law of attraction want to know what are the secrets of manifestation are and how to increase their manifestation power.

What if I told you there is a proven way for anyone to increase their manifestation power, after years of study and practise I truly believe this is one of the best manifestation secrets there is to using the law of attraction and attracting into your life whatever you want.

Possibly some of the most common steps explained to using the law of attraction go something like this:

  • Decide what you want – Be specific and write it down in presents tense
  • Clear any limited beliefs surrounding what you want
  • Visualise that you already have it – Feel the feelings of already manifested what you desire
  • Take inspired action – Use your intuition and take action

And if you follow these steps you can attract what you want but how do you increase your manifestation power?

If you have read any books about the law of attraction or quantum physics I am sure you have heard that everything in this universe is made up of the same energy. This is key to the secret of manifestation.

You need to learn how to increase the flow of energy and raise your consciousness and one of the best ways you can do this is to mediate.

Mediation has been proven time and time again as one of the best and quickest ways you can increase your flow of energy and raise your consciousness. When you raise your consciousness it is like upgrading from a 4 cylinder car to a V8.

If you have never meditated before don’t feel like you like have to sit for hours chanting some kind of mantra. You can simply start off by sitting quietly for 10 minutes and just observing your breath. Don’t try and force it or control it just observe it and if your mind starts grabbing on to different thoughts as it will just bring it back to your breath.

I will most likely not see an immediate difference overnight however if you do this for 30 days you will be astonished at the changes you will experience. The more you do this the more you open up the gates to your energy and the quicker you will manifest your desire.

Another technique that has also been practised for centuries and is also been proven to increase your energy flow is to practise Qigong

Qigong is the grandfather to Chinese medicine, Tai-chi, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, and Reiki and was only taught to a select few over a long period of time. Qigong basically is an easy-to-follow combination of controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movements. The exercises look similar to the meditative movements of Tai-chi and absolutely anyone can do it.

How To Choose Happiness.

I am sure you have heard the expression “What you sow is what you reap?” This is karma – Karma is action and the consequences of that action.

If you want success and happiness in your life you must learn how to plant seeds of success and happiness. When we choose the action that brings success and happiness to others, the fruit from those actions will bring you success and happiness.

What many of us often forget is that in every moment we have infinity of choice. Some of these choices are made consciously and some unconsciously. Most of the choices we make are unconscious and that is where you easily forget that it is a choice at all, and yet they are our choice.

For example if I were to insult you you would most likely make the choice to be offended and if I complimented you, most likely you would choice to be flattered. However you have to power or choice to choose to be offended from an insult and flattered by a compliment.

One of the best ways to make the right choice ton to be aware and step back and witness the choices you are making.

Before making any choice ask your self “What are the consequences of this choice?” and “Will this choice bring happiness to me and to those around me?”

Now, I know this may sound a bit absurd looking at every moment like this and making a conscious choice however the more you do it the better you get at making the right choice spontaneously.

Meditation is probably the best way to become self aware and feel connected to your higher self which will help you make the right choice every time.

Another way to ensure you are making the right choice is to simply ask your body/self/heart and notice the feelings you get. Some people say they get the feeling in the solar plexus however most say it is in their heart. If the feeling you get right away is a safe feeling of comfort then it is the right choice, if the feeling is uncomfortable then don’t proceed with that choice.
