3 Ways To Improve Your Results Using The Law Of Attraction

Because of the popularity of the runaway movie hit ‘The Secret’ many people have been introduced to the law of attraction. It has almost become a fashionable topic, no longer strictly part of the conversations of the super achievers.

This is great for our society, how for many people this has opened up many unanswered questions about the law of attraction and how to make it work more often or more accurate.

It is true the law of attraction works every time with everyone and with precise precision.

What many people don’t realize is that there is a sub-law and if you don’t understand what it is and how to apply it; you will never manifest what you truly desire.

Part of the law of attraction is the ‘like energy attracts like energy’. This statement simply refers to the variational energy you are constantly sending out. At any one moment you are sending out a certain frequency or vibration. If you are not in variational match with what you desire you can intend it all you, it simply won’t be attracted to you.

What you will attract or manifest is what you vibrate most of the time.

Another way to look at this is that your thoughts create emotion; your emotions send out a vibration, the law of attraction picks up on your vibration and then manifests your desire or intention. The door way to the answer is in your emotions and the key to the door is your thoughts.

If you want the law of attraction to work you need to monitor your vibrations.

Here are 3 ways to change your vibration as soon as you notice you are not vibrating what you truly desire.

  1. Meditate for at least 15 minutes every day. This will help you get more in touch with your creative energy and raise your consciousness so you can become more aware of your actions and thoughts thought out the day. Meditating with help you become more aware of your actions so you can recognize the ones that are empowering and help change them. I can’t recommend this habit more strongly.
  2. As soon as you feel yourself vibrating or having thoughts that are not supportive of your hearts desire, change your thoughts and think of something that makes you smile and about what you want in that moment. Hold on to that thought for at least 15 seconds and you will notice a change in your body.
  3. Be grateful for what you have. As soon as you are not feeling in harmony with your desires or if you notice you are not actions are not congruent with your hearts desire you need to stop for at least 15 – 30 seconds and think of something you are thankful for. It doesn’t have to be something big, just anything. This is one of the best ways to raise your vibration.

Healthy Habits – Tea

I was once told that your habits will determine your destiny. Considering your health is your most important asset it only makes sense that you create healthy habits.

For a few years now I have made the habit of drinking green tea every day. I love coffee however I needed something else to drink rather than drink 3 to 4 coffee’s a day, so that is why I initially started to drink green tea.

That was until I discovered rooibos tea, or it put it more correctly I was introduced it from my South African mates. It has been almost a year now since I started to drink Rooibos and I absolutely love it. I mix it with some honey just to sweeten it up a little and sometimes a squirt of lemon or lime juice. I have found the benefits even better than drinking green tea.

So why Rooibos Tea?

Rooibos tea is grown only in a small area in the Cedarburg region of the Western Cape in South Africa it contains zero caffeine and has very high levels of antioxidants and we all know how good antioxidants are for us. (They help fight off disease)

Rooibos tea is becoming a lot more popular in the western society and you can bye it from your local grocery store or health food shop.

I find it helps me sleep and provides me more energy than coffee even though it doesn’t contain caffeine. I simply feel great after drinking it.

In South Africa rooibos is used in traditional medicine to help alleviating infantile colic, allergies, asthma and dermatological problems, just to name a few.

I strongly recommend you try it and make it a healthy habit of your own.

Would You Bank It or Double It? This Will Determine Your Success

The basis of human behaviour and what drives all of us is the pursuit for pleasure and the avoidance of pain.

What is very interesting about this however is that most people will do whatever they can to avoid pain instead of what they can to gain more pleasure.

I know this sounds funny and strange however when you think this. If you won $50000 cash would you feel more comfortable about putting it in the bank so it is safe and so no one can take it off you or would you prefer to invest it and try and turn it into $100000 or more?

For most people the pain of losing the money is more powerful than the pleasure of doubling it.

This happens with everything in life and influences every decision you make. This is often what the difference is between someone who succeeds and someone who fails.

Most people focus on the action that brings them the instant pleasure and avoid the pain rather than experience a little bit of pain in the present to experience a lot of pleasure in the future.

Take exercising for example. If you haven’t created the habit of exercising regularly going to the gym for a hour session may bring up some pain in the present however if you go to the gym and do an hour session and create that habit you may experience a bit of pain in the present however what impact would this habit have in your life over the long term?

Ultimately it would bring you a lot of pleasure in the future and you could also have more energy and vitality which could save you a lot of pain in the future.

The difference between success and failure is the actions you do in the present that take you closer to your goal, not the actions that bring you short term pleasure in the now moment.

Have a look at the actions and habits you are doing and ask yourself “Are they taking you closer to your goal or just providing some short term pleasure?”
