Prevention is far better than a cure. Almost everyone will agree with this statement, yet when you look around and read the statics regarding our health we notice that many people may agree with it but not many practise it. Too many people these days look for the quick fix, the magic pill that is solve the problem and relieve the pain. The problem most of us have is that we don’t know anything is wrong until it is already showing signs and in some cases this can be way too late to do anything.
So how do you know which direction you are heading, are you heading in the direction of degenerate disease or are you walking the path towards optimum health.
Many of us use the excuse of I feel great now so I must be healthy, however when you look at the statics it seems like 90% of us are heading in the wrong direction. I don’t know about you but something is wrong here and the old saying ‘if you keep doing what others are doing, you get what others get’ comes to mind.

Well I am not a doctor and I don’t have a medical degree so I am afraid I don’t really know the answers to these questions however I have found some great tests and practices that I believe can make a big difference and has done wonders for me.
