We all want something?

Ask yourself the question “If you had no limitations what so ever what would you do?

The next question “Are you doing it?” why not? Ok, before you start with all the excuses and reasons why you are not doing what you are doing, think about this quote from peak performance coach Tony Robbins “The only thing standing in way of you and your goals is the story you have to tell why you don’t have them”

If you have read any self help book or program I am sure you have heard how important it is to decide on exactly what you want and write them down. If you have seen the movie the secret or heard about the law of attraction you have probably tried manifesting your goals by saying affirmations, visualisation or a number of other techniques.

So why don’t you still have what you desire?

This is a common problem for many in fact you may have even taken a closer look at you belief system to discover what beliefs are holding you back and what new empower beliefs you can install to get you closer to your dreams.

For years I did all of this and I did get some great results however nothing like I read about. My life didn’t all of a sudden change 180 degrees and all the money didn’t start falling out of the sky like many of these gurus claim happened to them.

Now before I go any further I am defiantly not saying that all the affirmations, visualisation, goals setting, etc is a waste of time. In fact it is extremely important and you need to get clear as Joe Vitale would say and remove your limiting beliefs and install more empowering ones. However what many people miss or like I was too afraid to do was to take impulsive inspired action.

Think back to when you were a child, if you wanted to do something you did it. If you felt like playing with the cat you did, if you felt like throwing the cat out the window you did, if you got the impulse to put peanut butter on your hand and stick it in the DVD player you did.

As we get older we get conditioned by parents, teachers, siblings and almost everyone around us. Don’t do this don’t do that? And the problem is over time as you want to do something you begin to think is this ok? Instead of just doing it.

This is where the key to the lock really is. Once you have set your intentions and gotten clear on exactly what you want. Visualize and really get the feelings of having it and then ACT! Take action and take action NOW!

Take impulsive inspired action! How do you know it is inspired action, it will feel right, ask your body or heart. Your body will always tell y9ou the truth, if you feel comfort, ease, excitement, etc then it is the right action, even if it doesn’t seem logical. If your body or heart feels weak, not at ease, etc then it probably is not the right action. Have faith in yourself and expect your desires and dreams to come true and they will.

If you take impulsive inspired action you will have achieve your desires and dreams quicker than you ever thought possible.

Anthony Robbins is said to be the father of motivation – what a lot of people don’t know about Tony is how he became so famous and well known. Anthony Robbins has been transforming lives for 3 decades.

How Anthony became so famous was for his one stop therapy.

What is one stop therapy? I hear you say :)

Anthony Robbins went on national television and with no physiology degree took others therapist patients which that had not be successful to cure their phobias for years and on national television cured them in one session.

You could imagine what happened after that, everyone was amazed including the psychologists and the psychiatrist. They couldn’t believe how fast he got results.

So how did he do it? How could he get results so fast when the professional couldn’t for years? Well Anthony used a behavioural science called NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming)

Since then Robbins has redefined NLP into NAC  (Neuro-Associative Conditioning) Robbins says that the main difference between NAC and NLP lies in the use of the word ‘conditioning’ instead of the word ‘programming’. Robbins has published books Unlimited Power and awakened the Giant within and his audio program Personal Power which is the highest selling self help program ever and conducts several seminars around the world the most famous being Unleash the Power Within.

Robbins doesn’t call himself a motivational speaker; he refers himself as a Peak Performance Coach He tries to find out what people do when they are at their peak and then help them access that peak state whenever necessary. He believes what he does is more effective than providing temporary motivation.

After speaking to over 2 million people in many countries around the world he has discover that as humans we have 6 basic needs.
