How big can you dream? This is not a trick question…how big can you dream? It sounds like a silly question but many of us don’t dream that big and many people as they grow older don‘t dream much at all. If you have read any book or listened to any personal development program on personal development I am sure you have heard the manta ‘You must dream big’.

Most people I know don’t won’t to change the world, most simply just want to live a comfortable, healthy life and have meaningful relationships, which is fantastic.

For the last 2 years now I have been inspired by a man who does want to change the world.

I want to introduce you to a man who has never stopped dreaming big and I mean really big, he is redesigning the world as we know it. Some say he is a quack and others a genius. (But isn’t that what they said about Einstein) Many of his ideas are outrageous however after over 6 decades you can start to see many of his ideas come to reality.

The man I am talking about if you don’t know already is Jacque Fresco. Jacque is an architect and futurist. Jacque has founded The Venus Project which is a plan to re design humanity and the way we live. Here is a The Venus Project on Fox News

Many of his ideas are now being implemented on buildings in Dubai. Fresco designed a way of building buildings in sections and them assembling them pieces by piece to speed up the building time and to cut costs, currently there are a series of buildings being constructed in Dubai in this same way.

These building have rotating levels which are first constructed in a factory in Germany and then shipped to Dubai and built from the top down. These skyscrapers can be built in half the time a traditional skyscraper is.

This is just one example of many. Jacque has talked about building creating energy through solar panels and wind power and now building all across the globe are adopting these strategies.

So why am telling you about Jacque Fresco and what does all this have to do with you? Great question I am glad you asked….

I am always inspired by Jacque Fresco and his remarkable ideas, we all have the potential to change the world, it all starts with a dream and a desire. I hope Jacque inspires you as much as he has me to never stop dreaming.

Are you telling yourself you can’t do something?

Seriously this is not a trick question. There are many people out there that will tell you that you cannot do this or that and that you should get your head out of the clouds, don’t tell yourself the same.

We all have desires and want bigger and better things in life, this is healthy, we all need to grow and keep expanding.

The biggest problem why many people don’t achieve greatness is simply because they don’t believe they can. We are too busy telling yourselves that you are not good enough, not smart enough, too old, too young of whatever.

Be careful what you tell yourself. You become what you talk about as much as what you think about.

Our beliefs are more powerful than our desires!

If you are not living the life you want right now change your beliefs and get them congruent with your desires, you owe it to yourself.

There are enough other people out there that will knock you down, who cares what they think, get knocked down and get back up! This is not a rehearsal.

If you want to change your beliefs, change what you are telling yourself,  create a list of empowering affirmations, start with ‘every day in every way I am getting better and better’

Sit for 15 minutes in silence with your eyes closed and visualize yourself living the way you want, do this every day for 30 days morning and night and you will experience changes, trick you mind and it will bring you anything you want.

You are magnificent and more powerful than you realize
