- As soon as you feel yourself vibrating or having thoughts that are not supportive of your hearts desire, change your thoughts and think of something that makes you smile and about what you want in that moment. Hold on to that thought for at least 15 seconds and you will notice a change in your body.
- Be grateful for what you have. As soon as you are not feeling in harmony with your desires or if you notice you are not actions are not congruent with your hearts desire you need to stop for at least 15 – 30 seconds and think of something you are thankful for. It doesn’t have to be something big, just anything. This is one of the best ways to raise your vibration.
